While Invisalign is a convenient and low-maintenance treatment, you’ll still need to visit Dr. Mendieta at our office every 6 to 8 weeks to track your progress. These visits allow us to monitor your alignment and make adjustments if necessary. Invisalign’s clear aligners are replaced approximately every 1 to 2 weeks, so regular check-ins ensure that your treatment is progressing as planned.

You need to wear a retainer after your Invisalign treatment is finished to preserve your results and stop your teeth from moving back into their natural positions. Retainers are typically worn at night, but we will provide specific instructions on how often you should wear yours. Periodic follow-up visits may be scheduled to ensure your smile remains as straight as possible.
